Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for adult patients in an inpatient medical/surgical environment. This role adheres to the ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice, 2nd Edition (2010).

State of Wisconsin or participating Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License (NLC).
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• One year of experience in medical/surgical nursing.
